Running --life--summertime

Running---- I wasn't going to blog about his but I'm going to a little:):).    I've been running since Zach was born 2yrs ago almost 3,  I slowed down a lot while I was pregnant with Adriel but kept running just didn't push myself.... I really never thought I would be a runner and hated it when I first started!!  I kept going and it became a stress reliever and just something I had to do:):) something I could do for exercise since my options are limited at this stage in my life..... And it became my thing it was just running our driveway pretty much because that's all I felt comfortable with ,with the kids at home, so just did what I could,,, beginning of the year I decided I needed to break out of my comfort zone and do some races this yr, didn't think it would be me but needed to get out of my comfortableness ( if that's even a word:) and try it..... I'm kinda a loner, and like that for my alone time,,,,,, anyway Saturday I did my 2nd 5k for this yr:).  I'm getting a little more comfortable with what was uncomfortable and want to keep moving forward,,,,, it can be that way in our spiritual journey as well,some things may feel uncomfortable or scary but sometimes we just need to move forward into more....  I've just been challenged with this lately!! I don't want to settle for just ok I want to keep learning to keep growing stronger!!   I've been thinking of that saying lately that says fall down 6 get up seven, that's true but I don't want to keep falling down, how can you move forward if you keep falling down and getting up?? I want to move forward and at the end of the race I want to hear you've run the race you've kept the faith, well done my faithful servant!,,      Anyway whew was not gonna get into all that:):) here's some pics:).   Blessings!!

Pa trip

Seriously I am so behind in blogging, where do I start or should I even bother??  I started this blog so me and my sister could keep up with each others lives since she got off fb... Then Instagram came along and we started doing it more that way, so now our blogs get so neglected:):) ( seriously hint hint sis time for an update pleeeeze!!! I think u had a baby and all that since your last update:):)))). But I like doing it to look back and read ,it's become almost like a journal for myself:):).   So anyway here's one of mabe many to get updated:):) see how it goes::::::     PA TRIP:::::::    We did the annual boulder ridge with Steve's family for 3 days... We didn't head up until Saturday this time and went to boulder ridge Sunday eve until Wednesday ,,   Thursday we went to the beach for the day,,, Friday me and steve went to market,    Saturday we went down to gap park to the ORI fundraiser... Monday morning I drove steve down to Trenton NJ, he flew back home,    On the way home I stopped at trader joes .... When I came out I realized I had a flat tire:(:( my dad came down with somebody and helped me out:):).  We were up for another week and a half... We went with Leon and mom to Gettysburg for the day another day trip to the beach and muddy run one Sunday afternoon...... The days flew and were busy!!! It was a great trip!!!! So blessed with a wonderful family!!!     It was my first trip driving home alone with Adriel ,,, I left on a thurs morning at 2.... I really think it was the best trip yet!! I think it was all the prayers:):)!!!! The boys did great and it was good to see daddy again!!!!    Thank -you Jesus !!!

Summertime craziness== FUN

Summertime craziness :):) love love summer, it's hot it's busy the days are long, the runs are sweaty:) the garden is getting out of control:):) still my fave season!! I'm just a summer girl.... Catching up on June and part of July ,  Ethan had a travel ball tournament close to Nashville so we spent the night in Nashville over Father's Day , mike and josh have been playing there all star games.. Ethan and josh are done and mike should be finishing up this week:) (sad).  It's been a fun yr and I'll miss it !  We had family here in June and Sam & Priscilla were here over the wknd, it's always fun when people come visit!  We love having people!  The garden has been crazy, we've had an abundance of zucchini and yellow squash, I canned some pickles to....  I had a nephew born and I don't know if I'll see him until Christmas ,ugh the joys of living far from my sis:(:(:(. I miss my sis and sure wish I could snuggle him!!  July 4th was when simmys were here so we had a fun filled wknd with lots of fireworks:).  It's the boys tradition ( my hubby included) to go out to one of the many firework tents down here and load up:):):).   We found out mikes allstar game got cancelled tonight after we were packed up and on our way ,so we stopped at sonic for ice cream..well that's it for tonight:):):) blessings!!    Pics are from team pool parties, Ethan & josh' s travel ball wknd in Nashville , Josh got his pic in the paper, he's the one taggin the guy out:) they had the name wrong, sights at the ball field :):)

Adriel Moses ~~~~ 6 mo old

My baby is 6 mo old already!! How did that happen:).  We love this little man so much!! He is sitting and rolling , he doesn't like to be on his tummy so that can be a pain!   He Is still my patient little guy !  He doesn't sleep all night yet:(.  But usually I just give him a bottle and he's fine!!  Here are some pics! I gotta get to bed:)
