Life with a newborn:)

Just a quick update on life while I try to get Adriel to sleep:). Adriel is 3 wks old today already!! Where did time go!! He has been a pretty good baby, he had a few grouchy days last wk, I forget how much time a newborn takes, but I'm enjoying this time,I know it doesn't last long so I'm tryin not to stress if things don't get done:).   Tryin to slowly get back into running ,it feels good to get out, it feels good not to run with the xtra weight :).     Can't believe Christmas is right around the corner, I don't have a lot of shopping to do this yr, and decided to keep it simple and soak up time with family and friends!!!! With not seein my sis and family for at least a yr everybody just bein together will be enough, !!!! Can't wait!!  We are getting our tree this wknd,I know I know why bother if we are so late:).  The kids love it and I'll just leave it up longer, it is what it is this year with baby and all the rain we've had!!    Well baby's sleeping and I gotta shower yet nd get to bed before his 3 hrs are up:):)  and that's life with a newborn:):).  Blessings!!  

He's Here!!!!!

Adriel Moses was born nov,20th at 8:00...   He was a week late, I was soooo ready to have him here!!!   Tuesday eve I felt uncomfortable but knew it wasn't labor and was so tired of thinking mabe tonight!!   Well at 2 or 3 I woke up and was feeling lite contractions, thought I'll wait till around 5 to wake everyone, the kids were going to church friends.. Finally at 6 I woke everyone and steve took the kids at 6:30, around 7 I thought I better call my midwife to come check see where we are, my contractions were harder but still only like 8 min apart.. She got here 20 min later and checked and to our surprise I was fully dilated:). Adriel arrived at 8:00..... He was a big boy 9 lbs 11 ounces and 22 inches long....  I praise The Lord for a safe delivery and a healthy boy who has totally stolen our hearts!! I am lovin the newborn stage and he has been so good so far!!! My mom came down on Thursday and my dad and brother came to pick her up Sunday and stayed till Tuesday !!!! That was a huge blessing we loved having them here!!  The boys hought I should have another baby so mommy comes again):):).  Ummmm mabe not boys).   Well it's almost 1:00 and Adriel is sleeping in my arms ,I really need to sleep so that's it or now!!!    God is so good!!! Blessings!  I was so going to take a buch of pics after birth, didn't happen and I didn't get any of me and baby:( here are a few:)

10 Days & Counting:):) // birthdays--- fall :):)

10 days to go:):).  Hopefully anyday now!!   It's looking like fall down here, leaves are changing and falling fast... It really is a beautiful time of year and I love it, it's not my fav season knowing winter follows:) I'm just a summer girl, I love it that summer is our longest season:):).               Zach turned 2 a few weeks ago and I've been wanting to get some pics taken, finally got a few.....  Michael has a birthday tommorrow, he is turning 12, can't believe it... We celebrated today because they have a busy day tomm, we broke down and bought an Xbox , didn't think we would but we did:) they were excited!!!            Ethan's baseball team had thier team party last night, it was fun we had BBQ and went to granddaddy farm for a few hrs, they have a lot of things for the kids to do this time of yr, hayrides, corn maze...  Thats it for now, :)  oh yea excuse the pic of mikes birthday cake, he saw me pin it on Pinterest and wanted it for his birthday, it def doesn't look as good as the  Pinterest pic, but it got some good reviews from my judges, it's def rich rich!! Snickers cake with PB ice cream and brownies in the middle smeared with choc & Carmel syrup... A few things I would do diff next time...  Blessings!! Mabe a baby post next:):)!!

36 weeks and counting:):) and other things:):)

36 weeks, sooo ready for baby, I think:):)   I've been more uncomfortable he last few weeks since baby moved into position, def ready not to be getting up 3 or 4 times a night to use the bathroom, my hubby doesn't know what to think , I now think 69 deg in the house is comfortable and the window is wide open with the fan on high speed in the bedroom, while he lays there totally wrapped up in our extra long king size down comforter I use most of it to stuff under my ever growing stomach:):) and have most of me not under the blanket!!! :)   Soo not like me I'm usually always cold:):).  Anyway this to shall pass:) sure am excited to meet this guy the way he pounds away inside there I really wander who this little guy is:):).             ~~~~ Zach had a birthday last Saturday , he turned 2 ,kinda hard to believe it seems like I was just preparing for his birth,    He decided it would be a good time to start going potty).    Not really sure how I feel about that but I better go with it, so shorts it is, he tells me when he wants to go, and has been staying pretty dry, we haven't done the pooing in the potty yet, so not sure how this will all go,,,,,      The boys are wrapping up baseball, Ethan's done ,mike & josh have 3 more games... We have some team parties in October yet and the church fall fest, so October looks busy,     Canning is done I got my grapes juiced last week....   The weather feels like fall , chilly evenings and beautiful days!! The leaves are just starting to turn they are later his year..... Some pics of what's been goin on and I'm off to bed!    Blessings!!!
