recipes




ok so here goes i'm going to try and post some of my fav recipes ..the reason i dont post more recipes is anybody that knows me knows im awful to ask for recipes im one of those people that puts in alittle of this and a little of that and never writes it down:):)  so i never have the exact measurements:):) ha guess wat todays the same sorry:) but they easy cant go wrong recipes...anyway i am not a morning person or a breakfast person!!! i know they say breakast is your most important meal but i cant seeem to make it mine its lunchtime and i realize i didnt eat breakfast:)  except drink my coffee and grab something sweet to go with it:) since Zach was born in oct. i've made a few goals and one was no sweets... so this has become my breakfast you can make a big batch and keep it for a few days..yea breakfast for the next few mornings:)   ...chop some onions, some sweet pepers, and some spinach,shredded cheese...you can add chopped ham if you want...and then egg whites, stir  it all together add seasoned salt , pepper, red pepper flakes if you like spice...spray a pan with pam spray and bake till edges start turning brown... or you can use muffin tins and bake it that way... thats it:)   ok so you saw the pics first:) i'm not very techy:)        smoothie recipe... 1 cup green tea, i brew my own rom tea bags the night before and keep it in the fridge so its cold... handful ice, 2 bananas, handful of chopped mangos, 1 TBlsp. yogurt big handful spinach.. honey to sweeten...thats it... sorry no pics:)      one more smoothie recipe..  about a cup 1\2 of coconut unsweetened milk, pineapples, 2 bananas, handful ice, honey to sweeten.. thats it :)    sorry no pics of this one either... anyway some of my favs...
