ok so here goes i'm going to try and post some of my fav recipes ..the reason i dont post more recipes is anybody that knows me knows im awful to ask for recipes im one of those people that puts in alittle of this and a little of that and never writes it down:):)  so i never have the exact measurements:):) ha guess wat todays the same sorry:) but they easy cant go wrong recipes...anyway i am not a morning person or a breakfast person!!! i know they say breakast is your most important meal but i cant seeem to make it mine its lunchtime and i realize i didnt eat breakfast:)  except drink my coffee and grab something sweet to go with it:) since Zach was born in oct. i've made a few goals and one was no sweets... so this has become my breakfast you can make a big batch and keep it for a few days..yea breakfast for the next few mornings:)   ...chop some onions, some sweet pepers, and some spinach,shredded cheese...you can add chopped ham if you want...and then egg whites, stir  it all together add seasoned salt , pepper, red pepper flakes if you like spice...spray a pan with pam spray and bake till edges start turning brown... or you can use muffin tins and bake it that way... thats it:)   ok so you saw the pics first:) i'm not very techy:)        smoothie recipe... 1 cup green tea, i brew my own rom tea bags the night before and keep it in the fridge so its cold... handful ice, 2 bananas, handful of chopped mangos, 1 TBlsp. yogurt big handful spinach.. honey to sweeten...thats it... sorry no pics:)      one more smoothie recipe..  about a cup 1\2 of coconut unsweetened milk, pineapples, 2 bananas, handful ice, honey to sweeten.. thats it :)    sorry no pics of this one either... anyway some of my favs...

It has been a relaxing sunday after a busy week!! Church this morning then went to our fav. mexican place or lunch, after lunch steve took the boys[except zach] with him to baseball practice.. I got a good nap in then me and zach went to practice and hungout with the ladies.... Yest. the boys was jamboree day, they had baseball pics in the morning then they each had a game... last night we went to a political thing ,our litenuant govoner Ron ramsey was thier, political meetings isnt really my thing kinda takes me out of my comfort zone a little, but we go to support Ron ,and i do like to know whats going on in our state and country, we got to eat with our state representative so learned a little:) well better get to bed this week looks busy to:):)

I thought i might as well post this morning,you might hear a little more of me:)  me and my sis challenged eachother to post every week,since we live soooo fa from eachother and havn't seen eachother for a yr , and since she has never met zack,   ok i'm going to stop my whinning now:):) just a few more wks....my house is still quiet, i'm letting everybody sleep in, they had friends here over the wknd and Josh had a game last night and mike does tonight,  so they need the sleep.....Josh won his first game last night 14 to nothing he was so excited!!!  i was watching him in the dugout and was just laughing at him ...the diff between mike and Josh..mike hardly says a word he talks to his teammates but not a lot of xtra fuss, if he is excited he doesn't let loose to much:) Josh on the othe hand well lets just say totally opposite, he was so excited he didnt have his shirt tucked in , i told him sooo many times to tuck it in:):) he wud just tuck in the front and take off:):)  mikes coach told him last night at practice he will be pitching some in tonights game, oh my sounds like a stessful night:):)   we had company here over the wknd, lee brought mel & beck down, we had a great time, the guys went turkey hunting and hmm lets see what did us ladies do, we hung out relaxed and chatted,  we did cook for the men:):)  Lee and steve got a turkey soo they were happy...they have 4 girls ,the kids did so good they played and played!!!  this week looks busy baseball everynight and satuday is pictue day and they each have a game, saturday night we have a political meeting to go to, ..... last sunday was ressurection sunday,  praise the LOrd , our God is ALIVE!!!  we serve a risen savior!!!  did you ever stop and think about how much God loves you, to suffer so much for you and me!!!  thank you Jesus!!

6 months old

my baby is 6 mo old already!!  time goes by so fast! i am enjoying him grow, mabe beause his first couple mo have not been the easiest, he has not been my best baby , he still gets up 2 times a night,i just give him a bottle at this stage so its a little easier...he doesn't take long naps, he's a cat napper ,the other boys always took good naps... but he is flexible and has done so good with traveling and baseball practices,and even a political meeting, he just kinda goes everywhere we go and does pretty good:):) but he is so lovable and we all love him!!!!  this week has been better i'm thinkin mabe he is over all that stuff:)   we had a good week,baseball pratices, political meetings, church this morning after church we decided to drive 30 min to alabama for some good southern bar b que, it was soo good!! A great little place!! It was in the 80s today love this weather!!   thats been life in the south :) have a great week!!
